Each document is filed as a PDF in your Google Drive or SharePoint, in a folder named for what it is. Nobody sorts the shared drive again. Beside the folders, one spreadsheet per template gains new rows every hour, with your field names across the top. Pivot it, reconcile it, or point your reporting tool at it.
